Quality Assurance

By instituting the International Organization of Standards (ISO) 9001:2015 and the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Quality Assurance techniques and standards, QualX applies proven quality management controls from project initiation to closeout resulting in quality performance. The principles we follow to ensure quality standards are met include Customer Orientation, Leadership Involvement, Process Management, Continual Improvement, Fact-Based Decisions, and Close Supplier Relationships. Careful attention to each of these aspects allows us to hone all processes for the ongoing delivery of quality products and services and identify opportunities for improvement. We evaluate these improvement opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness and determine best methods for implementing change, resulting in an evolving process which operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness.

Institutionalization of our continuous quality improvement cycle into routine, day-to-day operations results in process ownership by an empowered workforce. While specific QA procedures may differ from Task Order (TO) to TO, our overall plan for QA at the contract level focuses on 1) identifying best practices which can be applied across the enterprise of products and services we provide, and 2) continuously identifying opportunities to improve along the way. Continuous improvement, done right, enhances the mission by capitalizing on the synergy of empowered stakeholders. Under the constant review and insight of these stakeholders, QualX implements best practices and business process improvements to more effectively meet the needs and requirements for the work.
